Dion M. Jones is the Chief Operating Officer of Clarion Security LLC and Federal Alarm Co. He brings more than 30 years of experience in security management, operational leadership, and risk mitigation. His career includes executive leadership positions with GardaWorld and Pinkerton Government Services, as well as industrial security management with Northrop Grumman.

Throughout his career, Dion has worked across commercial real estate, manufacturing, logistics, government, and defense environments, developing security programs that support facility operations, regulatory compliance, emergency preparedness, and business continuity.

A United States Marine Corps veteran, Dion holds the Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. His background also includes public service as a former city councilmember and municipal planning commissioner.
